Ready to Start?

Simply complete the New Client Inquiry Form, and I’ll contact you within a day or two. We will have a brief phone or video conversation to discuss your concerns and how I can best meet your needs.

What to Expect

Please review our Participating Agreement. You will be provided this agreement before our therapeutic relationship starts and asked to sign it through your secure client portal.

Telehealth

Video Platform (telehealth) access link will be provided directly to each client prior to their scheduled appointments.

Sessions

Our first time together will be an 80-minute intake session. We will discuss what brings you to counseling. We will explore ways that I can help you meet your therapy goals.

Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. We will explore presenting concerns and work as a team to help you meet your goals.

Rates are as follows

Individual Client Sessions: $150

Initial Intake Session: $180

Self-Pay

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, if you are not using insurance to pay for your sessions, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.  This will be based on the rates listed above, and I will provide you with an estimate of what you would expect to pay over the course of a year.  For more information about your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate and the No Surprises Act, visit The No Surprises Act.
